It has come to our attention that several people planning to attend the Chicago Zine Fest would feel uncomfortable and unsafe in a space that supports Joe Biel and his distro, Cantankerous Titles. As per our safer space policy, we have informed Joe Biel that he and Cantankerous Titles may not attend or be a part of the Chicago Zine Fest, and have refunded his table fee.
